Spa Scheduling, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
(Effective October 2025)
APPOINTMENTS
European Skin Solutions, LLC operates on an appointment-based schedule to ensure every client receives personalized care and attention. We highly recommend scheduling your service through our online booking system. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our policies outlined herein. European Skin Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these policies.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next scheduled client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.
CLIENT FORMS & CONSENTS
Prior to your first visit, clients must complete a comprehensive skin history form and any applicable treatment consent forms. Certain medical conditions or medications may be contraindicated for some aesthetic services. Forms must be updated annually or whenever there is a change in health or medication.
These forms will be provided in person upon arrival or links to the required forms will be sent by email or text within 24 hours of booking and again one day before your appointment. All required forms must be completed prior to the start of the treatment.
CHECK-IN
All clients are required to complete check-in forms before each scheduled appointment. This ensures that your provider has the most accurate and updated information for your visit.
MINORS
Clients under 18 must have a signed parental consent form. Clients aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during service. Please do not bring small children into the spa during appointments.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
To respect our providers’ time and other clients waiting for appointments, European Skin Solutions strictly enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy for standard appointments and a 72-hour cancellation policy for specialty appointments (including ProCell micro channeling service)
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Clients with three or more late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. Prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the policy is violated.
During major holidays or multi-service bookings, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
PAYMENT OF CANCELLATION FEES
Applicable cancellation or no-show charges must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. For clients with deposits, applicable fees will be deducted automatically. Gift certificates or prepaid packages will be debited accordingly.
As a small business, these policies protect the time of our providers and ensure availability for clients who are waiting to be served.
NON-PAYMENT OF SERVICES
Payment for all services is due on the day of service, without exception. Clients who leave the spa without payment or refuse to pay will be contacted to collect the balance within 48 hours. If payment is not received, a police report may be filed for Theft of Services.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
European Skin Solutions does not offer refunds on services rendered, as results vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve your desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments needed to achieve specific results are the client’s responsibility.
Retail Products: Defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for gift certificates, prepaid packages, or skincare products, except in the case of a verified allergic reaction.
Online Store Purchases: All online purchases are final. If a client is deemed ineligible for a purchased treatment after an in-person consultation, funds will be credited toward another treatment or product.
COMMUNICATION
European Skin Solutions uses automated email and text systems for appointment confirmations, reminders, and required form links. Clients are responsible for providing valid contact information to ensure proper communication.
HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us before your appointment. If you have received a vaccination or recovered from illness within two weeks of your appointment, please discuss this with your provider, as it may affect treatment eligibility.
Masks are optional for clients. Our providers may choose to wear masks during select services for your safety and comfort.
